| A day venturing outside of Prague lead me to Kutna Hora. | The Cathedral of St. Barbara was magnificient. | Then I took the train back to the city. | My last day in Prague; and most exciting! |
| The Loreta houses was is said to be a replica of the house of the Virgin Mary, it also contains a 90cm monstrance made of silver and gold and over 6200 diamonds! | Walking in the park behind the summer palace I encountered some black-market money changers. Luckily I escaped with all of my money. | The view of the Vltava River from Chotkovy Park. | A giant Metronome
in place of where once the world's largest statue of Stalin stood atop
Letna Terrace. It is supposed to remind us of the passing of time, but at
the moment it was static; ironically it was a nice spot for passing time. |
| Atop the giant communist era Letna Terrace the panorama view of Prague is quite nice. | |||
| A tram makes its way across Cechuv Bridge, which is flanked by two communist style pillars. | Prague's 600 year old Charles bridge is home to many street vendors and tourists. | And everyone wants to touch the broze plaque on the statue of St. John of Nepomuk. If you touch it you will one day return to Prague. | The view of Charles Bridge from the Mala Strana Bridge Tower. |
| Outdoor market somewhere in the old town. | Back in Wenceslas Square looking up the hill toward the National Museum. | The statue of St. Wenceslas... | ...and its counterpart in the Lucerna Palace shopping arcade. |
| My final afternoon was spent in search of Zuzana C., in Modrany. | I had found her wallet in a drain pipe near my apartment... | ...so I went to return it. | The next morning I left Prague, headed back to Hamburg. |
